O.N.A.K.A.I.

A National Governing Body (NGB) Strategic Development Plan is a, generally 4–5 year, roadmap designed to enhance effectiveness, increase participation, and ensure sustainability, largely aligned with Sport Ireland and National Sports Policy 2018-2027 goals. It focuses on enhancing governance, strengthening high-performance structures, improving athlete pathways, and fostering commercial resilience.
