Women in Karate First Aid Training

First Aid Training Ballinasloe, Galway Well done to everyone who completed the First Aid training last month in Ballinasloe, organised by our Women in Sports team. First aid is such a vital life skill, giving people the confidence and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations, both on and off the tatami. Initiatives like this highlight the importance of ongoing learning and development, and the Women in Sports programme continues to provide valuable opportunities for women to build skills, knowledge, and confidence in all aspects of karate. A big thank you to Padraig from EMTS Training Solutions for delivering such an informative and engaging session, and sincere thanks to Sport Ireland for their continued support.
